Arsal in Lebanon today - 10 cm of snow and more expected as the worst winter storm in years hits Lebanon and Syria.
Arsal is home to tens of thousands of Syrian refugees, more than 20,000 have arrived in the last few weeks fleeing from the regime's offensive against al-Qalamoun region and now living in makeshift camps.
Across the region there are more than 2 million Syrian refugees and 6.5 million displaced inside Syria.
